    Founder of McInerney Business Development and Management (MBM), Brian McInerney earned his Bachelors Degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1975, and Juris Doctorate Degree in 1979.

 Prior to starting MBM, McInerney had been one of the five original founding executives of a leading startup billboard company, Independent Outdoor Advertising (IOA) in Los Angeles. IOA developed into one of the fastest growing and largest outdoor advertising agencies in the United States, eventually selling to a New York media conglomerate.
